A journalist and television programme maker Haydn has worked in broadband applications since 1990 when he took a sabbatical from television to work as a programme manager at the EU in Brussels. While there he managed EU investments in experimental broadband applications in education and training and wrote the first exploratory accounts of 3G mobile communications as well as reports outlining future Wired Cities, and medical applications of broadband. More recently he wrote EU papers on future audio-visual search engines and networked audio-visual services.

He has written for, among other magazines and newspapers, the Wall St Journal, The Times, Irish Times, NRC Handelsblad, Long Range Planning and produced television programmes for the BBC, Channel 4 and RTE. A long termblogger he has designed new media products, virtual art products and pioneering conversational marketing strategies.

A qualified accountant, Lesley has consulted in all aspects of IT, specialising in financial, distribution and related systems. Lesley's more prominent clients have included Smithkline Beecham, Powergen, Dell, GE Capital, Price Waterhouse, Oracle, Robert Bosch, Atlantic Richfield, Sveobecna Uverova Banka, Kyrgistan National Bank, SNCFR – Romanian National Railway, and Olympic Airways.

At depo Lesley provides internal and external consulting on the business viability of projects and on implementation pathways. She has created a methodology for running projects within virtual office environments using distributed teams.

Founder of depo, Pete is responsible for imagining and exploring ways in which virtual worlds can add real benefit to clients' businesses. He has a unique blend of skills in advertising, finance and IT and heads up depo's pilot business applications as well as overseeing the development of the Park and its pioneering work in virtual organizations.

Formerly with IT services giant Sema, where he was Head of Financial Services Business Development, Pete has also been a Managing Principle with james martin + co / Headstrong, a global consultancy. For Bank of Scotland Group, he was Head of Strategy for their subsidiary Capital Bank Motor and then Director of Systems for Bank of Scotland Business Banking. Peter was also IT Director of Renault Financial Services, a joint venture between the Bank of Scotland and the car maker.

Les has a professional background in the graphics arts and print industry.
Since October of 2004 hehas focused on Second Life and its creative potential, producing innovative objects that can be seen all over the Second Life grid. These include the most advanced motorcycles, fishing rods, pool tables, old video game clones, jet skis, naval combat system and more. Les also created standards for race track design in SL and hosts three dedicated race track sims.

Les is also the Director of RaceSL.com which hosts premiere racing series for motorcycles and cars in the Second Life environment and attracts SL's top drivers and sponsorships from SL and RL.

Les is based in Ontario, Canada

Lucinda was a freelance marketing specialist and brand champion for the motion picture industry before joining depo. She has 25 years experience in project development, corporate training, business-to-business marketing, and retail brand management in the insurance and automotive industries as well as the motion picture industry.

She also brings professional experience and formal education in non-profit management, program and fund development and a personal interest in education and women's issues. She has served on several legislative and educational committees in the USA and the boards of various national, state and local professional trade organizations, educational organizations, community service organizations, and political organizations.

Marissa was quite possibly the world's first virtual consultant in 2006. With a 'real-life' background in IT consultancy, design and customer services for major hotel chains, she now heads up our Customer Services function.
